Where is Goldwaters based?
Our office is located in the beautiful city of Ottawa, Canada's capital!
Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from our facilities based out of Ottawa, Canada.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! You can view all of our expedited shipping options at checkout!
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Yes, we ship worldwide and take most major credit cards. We also accept PayPal.
 My discount code is not working, what do I do? 
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please contact us at hello@shopgoldwaters.com and we will address this problem for you as soon as possible.
How can I pay for my order?
Goldwaters currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.
How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email and include your tracking number as well.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you have not yet received an email notifying you that your item has been shipped please contact us at hello@shopgoldwaters.com and we'll see what we can do. We do however begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, and for this reason can not make any promises on cancelling or changing your order.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site. you can find out how to return your items here.
How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 14 days of receiving. Please read our return policy to learn how you can return and item.
What do I do if my order is damaged? 
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team by sending an email at Hello@shopgoldwaters.com. When sending the email please include your order number, photo of the item and were the damage has occurred.
 Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. If you have any specific questions regarding the fit of a certain item our stylist would be more than happy to assist you, you can email them at hello@shopgoldwaters.com.
